Christian Lohmaier	ff34fc43e7	Revert "Add licenses for Assamese, Kannada, Oriya, Punjabi and Sanskrit" ... This reverts commit 0d46e01e7f. Reason for revert: the copying file contradicts the copyright statements of the individual files, easier to revert the whole commit than to retroactively fix stuff. also since spell check and hyphenation can have different licenses, having corresponding headers in the files would be more suitable. The text of a license by itself without a reference what it refers to is not all that helpful.
