be1bf2f909 CI: Set a timeout for the test suite workflow 
The integration tests have recently become a bit flaky in that
individual tests can seem to hang forever. This needs further
investigation. In the meantime we should limit the total allowed time
for the test workflow to something reasonably low. The default timeout
is a very high 360min.

ed3bc2b294 Remove unused dependencies 
The dependabot file was matching on tree-sitter crates - that's a relic
from v0.6.0 and lower where grammars were regular dependencies.

The remaining changes are unused crates that were forgotten about during
shuffles like moving path canonicalization from helix-core to
helix-loader (and then again from helix-loader to helix-stdx).

7dea2b0ddd CI: Cache tree-sitter grammars in all jobs 
This change adds tree-sitter grammar caching to Check, Lints and Docs
jobs which all previously downloaded grammars in the `helix-term` build
script fresh per job. This should increase reliability and mitigate the
effects of an ongoing SourceHut outage
(<https://status.sr.ht/issues/2025-01-23-git.sr.ht-ddos/>).

This is also a nice speed boost for these jobs:

dbd3b251d8 CI: Pin mdbook to 0.4.43 
This should prevent future surprising changes to the site from newly
published mdbook versions with breaking changes. For example mdbook
0.4.41 introduced some changes that needed the `index.hbs` file to be
updated. See the parent commit.

8dc197721b Add an installation method field to the bug report template (#8711) 
We can guess the installation method from the version tag and platform
in some cases but it would be useful to have this be explicit for the
sake of debugging packager-specific problems.

86fc203197 CI: Remove the aarch64 appimage build steps from release (#7832) 
The steps mistakenly produce a x86_64 appimage and call it aarch64.
linuxdeploy doesn't currently support producing aarch64 appimages so
we should just remove these steps for aarch64-linux.

38b9bdf871 Recursive create the pkgname directory when creating a release tarball 
This step without the '-p' works fine for regular releases but it can
fail if the CI is running when this file changes or on a branch
matching 'patch/ci-release-*'.

6bfc309741 Remove the rust-toolchain.toml file before building the release 
The 'dtolnay/rust-toolchain' action ignores the rust-toolchain.toml
file, but the installed 'cargo' respects it. This can create a version
mismatch if the MSRV is different from the stable rust version. Any
additional targets installed by rustup like aarch64-darwin might not
be installed for the correct version. To fix this, we remove the
rust-toolchain.toml file before calling 'cargo'.
